Class description:
Learn the basics of working with polymer
clay to create patterns and textures that can be turned into delightful
jewelry or surface design elements for mosaics, home decorating items
and collage elements. Instruction will be given on the Skinner
blend as well as the techniques of mokume' gane', rubber stamping and
millefiori. In class, we'll pull ourselves away from creating
patterns long enough to finish at least one completed bead, pair of
earrings or pendant. You'll learn enough techniques in this class
to create multiple finished designs.
