Outline for 2-day glass class

Day 1:

AM:
Basic glass fusing techniques: glass cutting, assembly of pieces

PM: Soldering we will make a linked necklace or bracelet. Students not interested in soldering can use this as glass work time.

Day 2:

AM:
Glass cutting and assembling

More glass techniques

Grinding, shaping and finishing

PM: Glass pendant, bracelet and earring setting techniques.

Bezel setting demo those interested may try it others may use the
time as work time.

Date: Friday and Saturday, August 22 - 23, 2008

Time: Regular instruction hours will be approximately 9:30 - 4:30 each day. There will be evening studio time on friday evening.

Experience Level: All Levels

Format:2-day class
Class Minimum: 8
Class Maximum: 12

Fees

Class Fee: $180 plus supplies

Dorm Fee: $35/night for shared room, $45/night for single room, plus MN Sales Tax
