TOADSTOOLS FROM THE LAND OF FAIRIE
These outdoor sculptures are straight from the realm of Alice in Wonderland
or the land of OZ. Colorful polymer clay in a variety of patterns is used
to create and embellish these oversized magical mushrooms. The stems, made
from purchased metal pipes, are sturdy enough to support your creations through
all types of weather. Envirotex will be used to seal the clay and give it
a glossy shine.
In this
three-day series you'll learn a variety of polymer clay techniques which
can be used to create art for your patio or garden. Each of the
days has a different theme, but what all of them have in common is
practice in sculpting and building with polymer clay and mixed media.
