Polished
Holiday Ornaments
Polymer clay is a perfect material for creating Christmas
and holiday ornaments as it is colorful, may be combined with many other
materials, and is relatively inexpensive. It is also the perfect
recycler, as it can be used to "reclaim" Christmas balls and ornaments
that are no longer useful.
There are numerous polymer clay techniques that can be
used in the making of ornaments, but in this class we'll concentrate on
polishing the polymer until it shines like glass.
Come prepared to learn the basics, plus a wee bit more.
Handouts will be provided for more ideas to try at home.
