Learn about your creative self by practicing stitching as a mindful, creative craft. Discover what is healing, sacred, compassionate and wholehearted about stitching.	Create a prayer pocket, story vessel, personal icon panel for your creative self using YOUR WAYS of stitching, embellishing and decorating. Learn more ways to embellish and decorate your fabric art. Participants are invited to bring unfinished pieces of stitching scraps and stitching materials to use in their projects. Barb will bring lots of symbols, faces, hands, shoes and more printed out on fabric that studemts can use if they like.
