Pot
Perchers from the Zoo
Every plant grows better
when it has a friend or two. Use polymer clay to create
several eccentric zoo animals to add to a favorite pot.
Keep for yourself or give as a gift.
Four animals are pictured in the photo. We
should have time to create 2 animals. You'll go home with
ideas for making the other 2.

The Itty, Bitty
Books and the Thumbprint Kids
Make tiny books with polymer clay
covers and whimsical cut-out designs. Imprint your name on
the cover for a personal touch. Press thumbprints on the
inside, then use a pencil and stickers to turn each into a mini
work of art. By you. For you. Make your mark
on the world! (click photos for larger
view.)
KC5a: 2:00-4:00pm
KC5b: 6:308:30pm
July 27 - KC6a and KC6b:
Ring-a-ling-ding:
Birds of a Feather Wind Chime
Use old keys, covers from tin
cans, polymer clay and your imagination to create a wind chime
that's for the birds. At least it will be covered with
birds, polymer clay ones, that is.
Fun. Whimsical.
Colorful. Useful!
KC6a:
2:00-4:00pm
KC6b: 6:308:30pm
August 10 KC7a and KC7b:
Dragons and Dinosaurs
D
is for dreadful, dangerous, devious and DELIGHTFUL. Make
these long-tailed, long-necked, long-toothed creatures
from colorful polymer clay, foil and wire.
It's fun. They're weird. You're clever. Bring
the D's back from extinction.
Pictured is the cover of one of Maureen's books, plus a dragon
from an earlier book, FIMO Fantasies.
